How do I standardize the content structure in Nimvio?

You can standardize the content structure when creating a content template. Follow this step-by-step guide to create a content template to do so.

Can I add an instruction for the content writer in the content template?

Yes, you can. The instruction can be added in the form of a tooltip. Follow these steps to add a tooltip to a specific field in the content template.

1. Create a new or edit a previously created content template.

2. When setting a field on the Display tab, you can create the tooltip by entering text in the Tooltip field.

3. Click on the Save button to save your changes.

4. Now the edited field will have a tooltip when the content writer hovers to it.

Can I write the content from scratch without any templates?

No, you cannot. A template will help you to structure your content, even for the most custom one. So that if someday you want to craft content with the same structure, you only need to use that template again.

What happen after I click on Publish button? Where will the content go?

After clicking on the Publish button, your content will appear on the content delivery API. It means that the content is ready for deployment to any channel with the help of the Developer.

Can I change my published content without affecting the current content on the Website or App?

Yes, you can. You can still make changes to content even after it is published. However, the published content will not be affected until you re-publish the new edited content. Follow this step-by-step guide to change a published content.

How do I use my media asset in content?

You can follow our step-by-step guide to link media to content.
