Get Started to Nimvio
Register
To be able to use Nimvio and all its features, the first thing you should do is register. You can register to Nimvio in two ways; fill out the registration form or simply sign up with your Gmail account.
Sign Up with Registration Form
Follow these steps to register yourself into Nimvio via the registration form.
1. Go to Nimvio Sign Up page at https://www.app.nimvio.com/sign-up.
2. Enter the information required in the registration form. Please noted that one email can only be used for one Nimvio Account. Also, the password shall contain uppercase and lowercase with a minimum of 12 characters.
3. Click on Create Account button. You will be redirected to the Sign Up Confirmation page.
4. A confirmation code has been sent to your email. Check your inbox to get the code.
5. Enter your email and the confirmation code in the provided form.
6. Click on the Confirm Sign Up button. You will be redirected to the Nimvio Login page.
7. Now you have successfully registered to Nimvio.
Sign Up with Gmail Account
Follow these steps to register yourself into Nimvio with your Gmail account.
1. Go to Nimvio Sign Up page at https://www.app.nimvio.com/sign-up.
2. Click on the Gmail button at the bottom of the registration form.
3. You will be redirected to your Google Account page. Choose a Google account to continue.
4. You will be redirected to complete your registration. Enter the information required in the following form.
5. Click on Create Account You will be redirected to your Account Dashboard.
6. Now you have successfully registered to Nimvio.
Login
Every time you start using Nimvio, you need to log in to your Nimvio account. You can log in to Nimvio in two ways; fill out the login form or log in with your Gmail account.
Log In with Login Form
Follow these steps to log in to Nimvio via the Login form.
1. Go to Nimvio Login page at https://www.app.nimvio.com/login.
2. Enter your email and password in the login form. The password shall contain uppercase and lowercase with a minimum of 12 characters.
3. If you’re not using a shared computer, you can stay logged in for longer by checking the Remember Me box.
4. Click on Log In You will be redirected to your Account Dashboard.
5. Now you have successfully logged in to Nimvio.
Log In with Gmail Account
Follow these steps to log in to Nimvio with your Gmail account.
1. Go to Nimvio Login page at https://www.app.nimvio.com/login.
2. Click on the Gmail button at the bottom of the login form.
3. Google may ask you to select an account to continue.
4. You will be redirected to your Account Dashboard.
5. Now you have successfully logged in to Nimvio.
Forgot Password
When you intend to log in to Nimvio, and you can't remember your password, there's no need to worry. You can follow these steps to reset your password.
1. Go to https://www.app.nimvio.com/forgot-password, or you can access it through the login page then click on Forgot Password?.
2. Enter your email address. Please put the email you used when registering with Nimvio before.
3. Click on Send Email You will be redirected to the Reset Password page.
4. A confirmation code has been sent to your email. Check your inbox to get the code. If you don’t get any email, you can click on Resend Confirmation Code.
5. Enter the confirmation code and your new password in the provided form. Please be noted that the code will expire in 60 minutes, so you have to use the code immediately.
6. Click on the Reset Password button.
7. Your password has been successfully changed.
